Reach for Nitro / JSI native lanes when:

• You parse binary quote packs at high frequency
• You must share a socket across RN isolates
• GC pauses show up in mid-burst profiles

Decision rule

Measure under an earnings burst scenario (MU Wed AMC) before rewriting. Many teams find conflation + worker parsing enough without a native module.
